This one is a great option for you if you are asking for a post-workout beverage. It will help you to replenish your energy and rehydrate.

First step is arranging the ingredients. Take a medium size banana, a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a cup of spinach, 1 chopped kiwi, 1 scoop protein powder of your choice and a cup of coconut water. Blend all the ingredients together and your beverage is ready to serve.

Watermelon smoothie

Tutti-frutti smoothie
